* Former two term President of the Golden Gate Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
* Certified by the International Code Council in Residential Plumbing, Mechanical, and Building Code Compliant Inspections.
* Building Inspector for the California Office of Emergency Services.
* Graduate of the Professional Association of Building Inspectors with over 145 hours of residential inspection procedures and technical training.
* Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Requirements for membership include passing the most rigorous technical home inspection exam in effect today, performing more than 250 professional home inspections, and adhering to the ASHI strict code of ethics to avoid conflicts of interest.
* Annual Continuing Home Inspection Training (minimum of 20 units per year) monitored by ASHI.
* Experienced in inspecting a diverse housing stock. This inspector is familiar with homes ranging from the 1800s to New Construction.
* Former Education Chair for the Golden Gate Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors. This position includes arranging educational seminars for other home inspectors in the area.
